Stormwater Management

Mountain Creek Ski Resort, Vernon Valley, NJ. The project involved a wide range of engineering and permitting services to the Solar developer including wetlands delineation and permitting, geotechnical investigation, site civil and stormwater design, solar array layout, detailed design of parking canopy structures. The Project involved preparation of Construction Plans, stormwater management design, grading design, site layout and construction coordination. Storm water management design included the design of two above ground basins and three infiltration basins to accommodate proposed site modifications to 24 acres.

Residential Townhouse Project, Newton, NJ Donohue Engineering provided Site Planning for this 60 Unit Townhouse Project. Several Roadways were designed to provide access to the residential units. The stormwater design included a new stormwater collection system and above ground detention basin design. Roof runoff was directed to underground infiltration basins. Construction inspection services were provided for this project .

Sleepy Hollow Subdivision, Twp. of Jefferson, NJ. This project involved the redesign of proposed subdivision roadways to blend into the natural landscape of the project surroundings including the design of roadway geometry and stormwater drainage facilities. Two large above ground stormwater detention basins were designed to accomodate the development's increased runoff. Donohue Engineering analyzed the previous roadway designs and prepared enhanced design documents.
